Reading to the mind what exercise is to the body!

Exercise is so important! It keeps us fit and healthy and lots of people feel relaxed after exercise. Reading gets our minds working. You can travel to another place and imagine you are there watching the story unfold in front of your eyes! It also teaches you new vocabulary, different ways to write sentences and how to use paragraphs and punctuation! I always read before bed as it relaxes me and it also helps empty my mind of all the things I need to do! 

Why don't you find a book tonight and curl up in bed and do some mind exercises!!! Have fun!
