One important thing I found in the first lockdown was to keep a good routine throughout the day and at bedtime. I always work better in the day if I keep structure in my day.
A good bedtime routine and going to sleep at a similar time each night will help you feel happier.
You could ask yourself questions each night to help settle your brain and relax!
