Children's Mental Health Week 3

Today we are looking at feelings in more detail. Watch the video to find out more! 

The Feelings Game -

You will need someone to play the feelings game with - find your mum, brother, sister or even someone on facetime! Pull a feelings face - can they guess how you are feeling? Then swap - get your brother, mum etc to pull a feeling face and then can you guess how they are feeling?

REMEMBER it is important to talk to someone if you are feeling bad - there are lots of people there to help you!
