Wellbeing 6

This weeks activity is about different ways to stay calm. We will all be getting frustrated staying inside all the time except for our daily exercise so I thought I would give you some top tips to keep calm! 

Try using these over half term! Share them with your family! 
My favourite is finding a quiet place (my bedroom) and reading my book!
